What if I don’t like a place or activity that BESPOKE has chosen?

If you don’t like a place or activity that we chose for you, give us a call or email us immediately and we will have a Plan B ready for you. We never want you to be somewhere or do something that you don’t like, so we will always have a few back-up plans. You have plenty of time to do things you don’t like to do when you are not on vacation!

What if I want to change my schedule?

We hope to plan out your entire vacation ahead of time, so you can have the best time ever, but if at some point you change your mind, just let us know and we can sort it out. There will be a small cost to make changes but it will be worth it. We at BESPOKE have all traveled and know how it feels to wake up and want to do something completely different and spontaneous, especially in a city like New York.

Who are you guys?

We are a group of young, hard working, and diverse people that want to help you to enjoy everything that New York has to offer. We have all traveled the world, and know how it feels to just want to go out and experience the city like the locals. Guidebooks give you some suggestions, but you never know if it’s exactly what you are looking for. We are here to be that local contact to prevent you from wasting time walking around with a map in your hand.

Why should we use your service as opposed to other tourism companies?

Other tourist companies just don’t get it. If you chose a tourism company, they are always focused on showing you all the sites (Statue of Liberty, Central Park, Times Square). These places are great and you should visit them, but what about if you want to experience something else, something less “touristy”.

If you want to check out all the trendy sneaker stores in NYC, hear a live performance by a new artist, or just hang out at a cool bar where you can meet New York singles, you just can’t get that advise from a tourism company. We are not a tourism company, we are a concierge service focused on customizing your trip so you get that experience you dreamt of when you decided to come to New York!

So how does this whole thing work?

Well, it starts off by filling out the 'consultation page' on our website. This way we can get an idea of some of the things you are interested in and we can start to prepare your trip details. We will then call upon our 'council' to help us determine what places and events would best suit your needs. After we get a list of places/events/venues for you to go to, we will then contact the places themselves to see if there are any special events or any special info we should know about the venue. When you get to NYC, we will then meet with you briefly give you your detailed trip package.

And from then we are there to help you for the remainder of the trip to make sure you have a great time!
